Safety Academy – Safer Together

The first step was designing and establishing the Safer Together Academy. We provided IT guidance and developed a variety of learnings covering vital topics such as Lifesaving Rules, Machine Safety, and Work at Height. We also worked on branding, campaign creation, and communication of the Safer Together strategy. To ensure accessibility, all materials were produced in both English and Dutch. As part of the onboarding process, all new hires at Beauparc now participate in the Beauparc Safer Together Academy. The program is also being rolled out to all existing employees. We continue to work together in creating additional campaigns and trainings.
