Two of Danone’s business units merged to proceed under a new name: Specialized Nutrition (SN). For thousands of employees around the world this brought a lot of changes: new colleagues, new teams, new topics and new tasks. Danone was looking for a partner to support them in this process. Specifically, the need was to onboard, to boost knowledge transfer and to create understanding of the scope of the new SN business.
Based on the input of Danone’s own subject matter experts, we developed an online program consisting of over 90 video-based learnings and e-learning modules. To raise awareness and activate the target audience, the launch was driven by video trailers, a talk show and a How-to video. The online programs run in Danone’s own LMS “EdCast”.
The online program “Discover SN” is actively used around the world to keep up knowledge levels and to build local strategic plans. Additional content and deep dives continue to be added to the program, making it an organically growing and always relevant source of information.
